Vacation

The Hostel remain closed in summer for about half of a month ie. 22 days (May- June), for the Puja, Dussera & Diwali etc. about 2 weeks (October), and for winter about a week (December). During Vacations students are not allowed to stay in the hostel. Notices of the actual dates of commencement of vacations and dates of reopening of the school are sent to guardians from time to time. Pupils must return from home punctually one day before the re-opening of the school after the vacations or holidays. If a student fails to return on the re-opening of the school without prior perminion he/she will be liable to such penalty as decided by the institution authority. For absence owing to illness, intimation should be given by the parents or guardians to the principal immediately and on his/her return the students should bring a medical certificate signed by a registered doctor. If a student had an attack of some contagions disease at home he should not be sent to school without the clearance certificate of a doctor No student is allowed to go home even a day before the holidays begin If a guardian cannot come personally a letter of authority authorising somebody else must be sent by him to allow his ward to leave the institution for home No body is allowed to leave the precinct of the hostel without the permission of the authorities.
